NEVER EVER EVER sign up to Talk Talk for free broadband, they are the worst phone company ever, they are the worst company ever, I have never managed to get through to an operator in less than 20 minutes, they have taken money out of my account on numerous occasions and can't explain to me why. I was disconnected from their service end of February, (was only with them a month and was pulling my hair out) I have just got a bill from them this morning, for £33.50, for broadband?? My talk talk broadband was always £24.50 per month (it should have been £17.99 but could never get that sorted, that's why I left) been on the phone now for over 20 minutes, getting passed from pillar to post, I'm at boiling point, today really isn't a good day to p**s me off ......................... Oh, just got through to a Carl Bignum, ever so sorry, don't know why that's on there, don't know how to get it off, don't know why you have been sent that, eerr, umm, err, hold the line, err ummm, I'll see if someone in the wotsit team can sort it, hold the line, ok that should be done now, should being the operative word , apparently it was all BT's nasty fault, nothing to do with talk talk, BT never told Talktalk so talk talk didn't knwo nuffink, I'm telling my mum on you ....
I will be getting a final reminder in a couple of weeks,mark my words, but at least I have a name, someone to blame, a real human person who messed up.
No it's not sour grapes, honestly they are diabolical, they must be cos I won't even consider going back with them, not even for free broadband, in fact I wouldn't go back if they paid me £33.50 a month. If you choose to ignore my words of expereince and wisdom then don't come crying to me when it all goes tits up.
