ahh well all is not lost, I saved a few of them. I just have to decide whether I can be bothered doing it all again, well not if I can be bothered, I can always be bothered, it's whether I have the time or not. Here's one which was unscathed.
These one's weren't so lucky. They were my girly girly ones, for the girly girls I know. I'm only showing bits of them, cos I'm just too upset.
I'm not really, there's worse things in life to worry about. I enjoyed my day off regardless. Especially the bit where I cooked up some sausages, jus look at these beauties. They come from a local farm, they taste aaabsolutely amazing.
I cooked them up for our favourtist dinner, it's simple but delicious. Macaroni, tomatoes, bacon, sausages and cheese all melted together, mm mm mmmmmmm

Talking of hungry, I now weight in at 9st 11, so that means I have officially lost one stone since starting works. I am stunned. I knew that a sedentary job would cause a bit of weight gain, but I have been at Sainsbury's less than 2 months and I've lost a stone, and I haven't really changed my eating habits at all. Absolute proof that a bit of activity does make a difference. Although 25 hours + activity a week is more than 'a bit', I guess. I am thrilled, I have dug out a suitcase of clothes that I put in the loft last year, when I resigned myself to the fact that this was middle aged spread and I would only be getting larger, and they all fit me, with ease. How great is that!
Martin went a bit mad on his crimbo pressies, I made him take some of them back. What is the point of having a few hundred pounds to see you through Christmas and New year and spending £50 a time on presents, then going skint and being miserable. How would I feel wearing this jumper (as beautiful as it is) over Christmas, whilst he is sitting arond skulking cos he can't go out. Named brands don't do it for me, it was a Tommy Hilfiger jumper, and it was 60 quid, and it was gooorgeous, but it was still only cotton and acrylic, so not even lambs wool or cashmere. I insisted he take it back to Tommy 'overpriced brand name' Hilfiger and go to Mark One and find me a similar one. He objected at first, but then he saw sense. I told him it was a tenner for the jumper and 50 quid for the teensy weensy label on the cuff.
Another lesson learnt, I hope.
It's exceedingly icy out there today.
I'm off to make some envelopes for my rescued cards, I could coffee stain some envelopes to match the coffee stained cards, and pretend it was intentional, like a tea bag stained effect. No, I don't think it'll work.
I'll leave you with some sosidges.
