30 April 2006 - 17 days

Not very happy today, got up at 6.30 to go to some boot fairs and it was hissing down, so went back to bed, woke up at 8 and the sun was out, so I don't know whether they were on or not, I hate missing them when I've looked forward to them. I love boot fairs, found many a bargain. Still there are a couple on tomorrow, just hope the weather lasts out.

Going out for sunday roast today, can't be bothered to cook so I'm going to treat whoever wants to come, I love roasts cooked by someone else, they always taste sooo much better than when you've been slaving over a hot stove for 3 hours.

Dreampt all my teeth fell out last night, I know that is supposed to represent the death of something in my life, as for the rest of my dream, bizarre, won't even begin to explain, they'll be turning up with the white coats.

Well, not much to report, yesterday wasn't too bad, went and laid flowers down for Steve, Bev and Mike seemed to be beraing up under the circumstances. There was a big rock concert in Deal yesterday in memory of Steve, I'll have to find out how it went as unfortunately I am now considered too old to attend events like these, I would have been the one sat in the corner moaning about how noisy it all was and how short they wear their skirts nowadays ...

Had a nice roasty with my hubby and my eldest, most enjoyable not having to cook and wash up. Somebody had put salt in the sugar, yek ... can't grumble, I did the same as a child. Went down the Sunday market, the weather turned out beaut, brought about 50 packs of incense sticks, only cos it's the first place I've seen them so I thought I'd stock up, the stale smoke smell is starting to turn my stomach now. I also bought some BIG barrelled hair tongy things, they were only £4.99, Vidal Sassoon 'n' all, bet they don't work .... that's all for now, gonna go and sleep off that apple pie and cream now, or should that be burn off??
