BAd bad bad bad bad mood, Talk Talk ....

Got a letter today from debt collection agency, they have transferred the unpaid debt to agency to be paid within 7 days or court preceedings will start.

So I phoned talk talk, got through after about 20 minutes of hanging, explained the situation, why exactly do I owe £67.15 and why have I not been sent a bill for this, why have I been passed over to debt agency for something I don't owe? ... hold the line please ... oh surprise surprise, I was cut off.

So back on to them, after 20 minutes got through, explained the situation, why do I owe this £67.15 and why has it been passed to debt agency? Oh, if you would like to hold the line, 35 minutes later I'm still holding, I think he's gone.

Sooo I ring them again, after 20 minutes hanging on I finally get through, they answer, I say hello, the line goes dead, now I'm in floods of tears with frustration. I have seven days to pay something I don't owe, I work bloody hard for my money, why should I give it to them? My friend got a bill from Talk Talk last week and she hadn't even joined them, as far as she knew she was happily with BT, apparently not, Talk Talk had changed her provider without her knowing, she is still fighting that one out, same as ...

I'm going up the CAB tomorrow, I don't know where to turn. I'm gonna try a couple more times to get through but this time I'm gonna record the conversations, I need proof that this is happening cos you just wouldn't beleive it.

I just don't know what has stopped me form smoking, I am so upset, angry and frustrated and so need a ciggie, I didn't realise how much of a crutch those things are, I'm just hoping I can keep strong, these things are sent to try us. I know if I give in the problems will still be there, plus I will feel bad for quitting the quit. God it's difficult!

forget my wish list below, I just wish I could curl up in a little ball and make it go away ... Am I still withdrawing from nicotine or would this drive any non smoking person round the twist?
