Hope you is all having a luverly weekend.
My Sunday is going ok. I have just helped my brother fix a slipped tile on his roof, he has a fear of heights, probably something to do with his hearing. I'm at the top of the ladder, having a light fear of heights myself, but ignoring that fact in order to encourage Ian, I did not want him freezing half way across the roof, I tell you what. I have never ever seen knees knocking so much, he was aaabsolutely petrified, he crawled up there inch by inch, he did not want to, but he knew it had to be fixed, so he pushed on and did it. Well done bro!
Me and Martin work together for 6 hours on Saturday evenings, and we mess about a bit, it's a bit naughty really. I bought a boombox so we play CDs when the store goes quiet at about 8, if the manager ever found out I think I'd be in for a discipline. We also nibble things out t'back, I get a bit paranoid that Dispatches or someone might have a camera in there or something exposing the truth behind Sainsbury's deli counter staff, I kept looking for cameras whilst ramming in my southern fired chicken breast and sausage, but I was so hungry, I would have passed out had I not have eaten something quick.
At last I have a recommendation for you. I took Andy's advice and bought some crackers and a selection of deli cheeses to nibble on. If you like strong cheese, with a smoky flavour, you must buy some Applewoods, oh my God, it is the most delicious cheese in the whole world ever. Great for xmas on crackers etc, delicious. I bought a small sample of cheeses last night to have a try of, there's nothing worse than constantly being asked, what's that like, what's this like, and not having a clue. Now I have a personal opinion. I also can recommend their carvery smoked turkey, it is very pricey but for special occasions it is also the most delicious thing you could ever wish to eat. I haven't bought any of this but as the little bits and bobs fall off whilst carving for a customer, I save them, and pig them out back. Thank God for that back room this week, I have used it to cough, sneeze, blow nose, eat scraps, I love the back room. It's only small, but good things come in small packages.
I have felt much better today, getting a little better each day, I have been left with a hacking cough, which doesn't help whilst serving customers, I have to stop myself from barking all over the produce, it ain't been easy.
Somebody has given me a surround sound system, I have set it all up, but it's just a novelty, I have speakers all over the place, I have tried to hide wires as best I can, it's taken me about three hours just to be able to hear the telly in all four corners of the room, I don't even watch TV.
I'm going to dish up my roastie now, I have done stuffing and Brussels sprouts, a mini Christmas dinner, as a special treat for keith cos, well just cos :o) x

WV Geneed, as in I'm ge'need to watch the waistline after eating all that cheese and crackers this christmas.
:-))
Indeed there are lots of lovely cheeses out there, have you tried Yfenni or Innkeepers Choice yet?
However it is very difficult to get hold of one of my favourite cheeses, white stilton. Yes you can get blue stilton or white with cranberries or apricot but plain white stilton is very rare. Once you have tried it with a slice of apple pie you wont look back!
Andy xx

I like the sound of your nibbling room! Much better than my job at the moment. No time to nibble at all.
