Real Rescues

I have a love hate relationship with this programme. No, actually I hate it, it makes me panic. So I won't watch it anymore.
Jack, lovely Jack, why does he insist on leaving things to the very very last minute. He has always been like this. Last year at primary school, in fact every year of primary school, five minutes to bed time and he informs me it's the school play tomorrow, of which I know nothing about, even though they have been rehearsing for the last 3 months, and I have to make a full costume, by the morning. Ok, Jack, your acting career ends here, tomorrow you will have an upset tummy, and school is out of the question.
I have moved my gardening blog alongside this one, so it's all in the same place.
HERE IT IS
Another one to stick in your faves, if you fancy.
I have big work to do today, I did have another long bike ride planned, but of course the nature of the job means that planning activities in advance is out of the question. I do hope to get my garlic planted this afternoon though. What a bizarre statement!
AOL is playing me up big time, I had a dispute with an Indian cust rep last night, my speed was downloading at 169 kbs, do you realise how slow that is? Put it this way dial up downloads at 512kbs, so as you can imagine 169 was almost a stand still. This Indian, he was insisting that my speed was excellent, he was driving me insane, he was asking me to open up pages and they were taking 10 - 25 seconds, he he he (stuttering with frustration) informed me that they needed time to load. I've been online for over 10 years, I think I know what speed pages should load, especially when you're paying £25 a month. I am going to call them again today, and I'm going to the top, this is the 4th time I've been fobbed off with changing an MTU setting, which makes absolutely no difference whatsoever. I would change providers tomorrow if I thought it would be better, but before I do make that change I want a truthful answer about what could be causing this slow down, if it's general build up of Internet traffic then that's fine, just don't fob me off with a stupid router setting.
Deep breath, in, out, and smile ...
