19 June 2006 - Immigrants

I don't want to be racist, I have never been racist. but this government is making people racist. Is this country going mad?? facts I've heard this week: Muslim men get unemployment benefit, the reason being they have to pray to Allah five times a day so they are unable to find work that allows them this time. A woman fought to get funding for extra lessons for her dyslexic son, she never got them cos there were no etxra funds. At the same school they had 3 Polsih imigrnats having extra, funded, english lessons. Two post office masters resigned due to having to constantly watch the immigrants go in to the post office, cash their giros, put every penny of it in envelopes, and send it 'back home' After the PO complained to the benefits office that most of them were doing this, they were told by the beneifts office to just get on with their jobs and not worry about it. The government are looking in to 'dormant' bank acocunts, to see if the owner of the account has died, and they can grab the money. Bloody desperate that's what I'd call it. When I read that it reminded me of starving people, on their hands and knees, scraping the sand for any small grain of food that may be left through sheer desperacy.

If I work 60 hours a week it works out after tax and class 4 NI constributions i earn less than if I work 20 hours a week. I want to move abroad, I'm sick of this country. I used to be so proud to be British, it's not Great Britian anymore. We lost that a long time ago. If you can't beat them, join them. As soon as my mum has gone to a better place, I have no reason to stay here, and I don't want to. I was walking down a street last week, there were Somalians, albanians, muslims off to prayer, don't think I came across another English person during the walk. I was the foreigner, and I felt like the foreigner.

The NHS are under a huge burden, is it any wonder. Is it any surprise that the NHS service has gone down hill over the last 5 or 6 years, I mean noticably and consderably down hill, with the speed of lighting, is it a coincidence that the burden has become tenfold since the influx of imigants. Walk in to any casualty ward, well in this part of the country anyhow, and 90% of the burden will be refugees. I guess it's such a novelty for them to have a health service, they are abusing it, and we are paying for the abusing.
