10 May 2006 - 26 DAYS

What a super sunny day, started off well. Went in to the bakery, saw the yum yums, my fave, resist, resist, i resisted, I was good, waited for Jack's ham roll to be made, still reisisted, bought some milk, still resisted, paid for the roll, was just about to walk out, please can I have one of those yum yums, what is that all about? I really didn't want one, I didn't need one, I felt sick after I had eaten it, how frustrating. I think I'm trying to replace something I've lost, trying to fulfill a hidden need, it ain't working. That's another pound gained. God I'm so useless ...

Was going to do the garden, plant my sweet peas, relax today, then came the call for work. So I now face the prospect of sitting at the computer for the rest of today and tomorrow, have you seen the weather forcast for tomorrow!!! sorry but I'm right pissed off now ..
